Mental health affects one in five Australians, yet stigma and lack of access remain major barriers to getting help. Our Mental Health Awareness and Support program works to change that, through community education, early intervention, and direct connections to professional services.

We run awareness campaigns, workshops, and support groups that meet people where they are, whether they are struggling themselves or supporting a loved one. No one should face mental health challenges alone.
