Youth Health through Sport Programs

We will provide diverse programs targeting health through sport. We will aim to increase participation in our extensive sports program which will deliver improvements in overall physical and mental health.

Our program includes but is not limited to covering the following:

  • Preview the current statistics as provided by the World Health Organisation
  • Benefits of physical activity
  • Risks of sedentary behaviour
  • Improving muscular and cardiorespiratory fitness
  • Improving bone and functional health
  • Reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, hypertension and various types of cancer through physical activity
  • Improved mental health
  • Better cognitive outcomes
  • Reduced adiposity
